Feathers and Pink

I know I say this all of the time, but this might be one of my new favorite outfits. When I first bought this shirt, my mom gave me this look, which I have always interpreted as stop that, put that down. Of course I didn't put it down because I could never resist feathers and I am so glad I didn't. I thought this would be more of a statement piece that would need no additional accessories. However, the dark color makes the feathers and other details subtle until you are up close. Moral of the story, dark colors make statement pieces way easier to wear. I also love this look because it was an excuse to wear lots of pink and my monk straps which I am obsessed with! XO
