It definitely does not look like fall here yet, however it is finally starting to feel like it, which means it is finally time for sweaters, fun layers, and tights! Fall has always been my favorite season because I love the colors, in nature and clothes, and it's a little chilly, but you can still enjoy being outside. Other than jewel tones, my favorite fall fashion thing is fur. I love how it immediately gives your outfit an old world feel and how it can easily dress up knits or other casual aspects of your outfit, which makes this fur/knit vest the perfect statement sweater whether I wear it by itself or layered under a coat in winter.
On a completely different note, I've recently had some people comment on my level of formality and I thought now would be the perfect time to discuss it. I have always been one to slightly overdress for every occasion. And I also adore dresses, skirts, heels, and big sparkly jewelry. This is a potent combination as I would wear this outfit just as quickly to work as I would hanging out at home on a Saturday. Especially now, being a little dressy has become as much a part as my daily style as a big necklace or pink. XO
