Hello all! I think by now we can all admit that I have an obsession with everything pink. However, it hasn't always been like that. In fact, I refused to even wear pink until I got to college! I guess now, I'm making up for lost time! HA!
But, in all seriousness, pink and really colors in general are a newer addition to my wardrobe. My first inclination, especially if I'm not paying addition is to wear all neutrals. For me, that doesn't necessarily mean all black, but more that there is not a statement pop of color.
Now, don't get me wrong, I love that pink and other colors are now a part of my wardrobe. But, at the same time, there is something to be said about an all neutral outfit. The lack of color always makes me feel a little classier in any outfit.
Wearing all neutrals is also an excellent opportunity to break some of those tried and true fashion rules that I don't believe in like not mixing metals, not wearing black and navy together, or not mixing black and brown. When you have an all neutral outfit, these combinations normally pop and look amazing together.
So give the color a break every once in a while and give neutral a try! Until next time, XO
